Stuck between a rock & hard place?

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:

DAILY WORD:

Friends, do you feel in over your head in life today? Maybe you feel stuck between a rock and a hard place with no where to turn to? If this is you today, I have to give you the good news!

The Message translation of Isaiah 43 verses 1 to 4, describes this feeling, so if this is you today, I want to encourage you with the promises of God in the Bible. God promises that He has called you by name, He redeemed you through Jesus on the Cross of Calverley more than 2000 years ago. 

Friends, you can enjoy life in abundance, know that God promises in His Word that you are redeemded, you are not at a dead end, call on His name and allow Him to direct your steps.

Heavenly Father, thank You that we are redeemded through the blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross, whom sacrificed it all for everyone of us to enjoy life today. I pray that You direct everyone reading this message on their path today, deliver, heal and set them free in Jesus name. Amen

Your source of courage & strength!

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:

DAILY WORD:
Friends, do you need strength today? Just like any motor vehicle’s battery that needs to be recharged as the engine starts, your life also needs continues recharging! Maybe it feels like your energy levels are just so low that you have no strength to continue?
I really want to encourage you with the promise in Habakkuk 3v19 that confirms God is our source of strength! The Scripture further confirms that God will give you strength to move forward with confidence!
Friends these promises in the BIble should make you so excited and give you the confidence to go out into the world with great confidence! You have the King of all kings as your source of strength! God will never lead you in the wrong direction. It is important that you spend time in God’s Word and to listen to the Holy Spirit’s guidance in your daily life.

Are you fearful?

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:

I am the LORD your God; I strengthen you and say, ‘Do not be afraid; I will help you.’  Isaiah 41:13 GNB

DAILY WORD:

Friends, fear is one of the weapons satan uses to occupy your thoughts and life! So many people are overwhelmed by fears, maybe fear of failure, rejection, fear that you will not pass that test, fear of not meeting your partneror bosses expectations? I do not know what your fears are, but I know the answer to your fears.

Take heart in the fact that you can reach out to your Heavenly Father, He is your best friend, He knows what you think and how you feel. In the Scripture above, God promises that He WILL help you! The Scripture does not say that God MIGHT help you, NO it confirms that God WILL help you!

Friend, if this is you, I encourage you to surrender your fears to God, allow Him to take hold of it all! I am experiencing right now as I am writing this short devotional message that God is setting you free from fear! Receive it in Jesus Name!

DAILY WORD:
Friends, are you fearful about the future of our country, maybe your city or neighbourhood? Most of us are surrounded with 6 foot walls, cctv cameras, armed response securities in our neighbourhoods, electric fences protect us from crimanal activities and so the list continues.
Today I want to encourage you with the fact that God knows about your fears! The Bible confirms in Isaiah 26v1 that God Himself defends us! Maybe today you have fears of rejection, feeling hopeless and just a feeling that nobody knows just how you feel today!
Friend, if this is you today, I want to encourage you to surrender your fears and feelings to God today. Speak to Him, and know that you will not be rejected!

Do not worry about anything, but pray and ask God for everything you need, always giving thanks. And God’s peace, which is so great we cannot understand it, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6‭-‬7 NCV
DAILY WORD:
Friends, are you worried or anxious today? Maybe you’ve  been having sleepless nights or feelings of depression and high levels of stress on a continuous basis?
Today the Scripture is very clear that we must not go through life overwhelmed by anxiety and worries. In prayer we can make our requests know to God and give thanks (in faith) for the victory God will provide in our circumstances.
The fact is that God knows exactly what we need and what we feel. Allow Him to enter your circumstances by praising Him in advance. The peace that surpasses all understanding will flood your life when you start praising and thanking God!

Heavenly Father, I pray that you wipe away all fear, anxiety and depression in everyone reading this devotion. Enter every situation with power, heal and provide for them. Flood everyone with your love in Jesus Name! Amen

God’s love for you!

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. John 3 v 16-17(NIV)

DAILY WORD:

Friends, God’s love for you is so big that it can actually not be described in words. Imagen for one moment that you sacrifice your own beloved child for someone else. In God’s case He sacrificed His Son, Jesus Christ for the sins of the entire world! The good news is that it includes you and me!

In today‘s Scripture it is very clear that God sacrificed everything for us, so that we can have eternal life to the fullest! When Jesus died on the Cross, the victory over hell, sin and death was concluded for ALL eternity and the Good News is that it includes all of us!

So, never doubt God’s Great Love for you, after all you are His Child. Further, He is not a God waiting to punish anyone, but a Heavenly Father who has tremendous love for His Children!  So if you ever feel unloved, and all alone, reach out to Him for He is always there with open arms waiting for you!

God hears you!

TODAY’S SCRIPTURE:
Listen! The Lord ’s arm is not too weak to save you, nor is his ear too deaf to hear you call. Isaiah 59:1 NLT
DAILY WORD:
Friends, have you asked at times, “God, do you hear me when I pray?” Maybe you feel like your prayers are bouncing against the ceiling. Maybe you have just stopped praying and given up?
In today’s Scripture God promises that He hears our prayers and this His arms are stretched out to help us. We however get frustrated and want everything to happen immediately, but this is not how God works. God’s timing is always perfect, never early and never late.
So today, take heart in the Scripture that promises us that God hears you when you pray. He will help you, in His time. Do you Trust Him?
